My Top 5: Jewelry Pieces

Hello Fashionistas! Today I would like to share my top five jewelry pieces with you. Some are expensive, but most are very inexpensive. I choose these pieces because these are the ones I wear the most. Almost every day I have at least one of these on. Hope you enjoy!

This is a Armitron watch. It has a fake light cream tortoise shell band, and a cream and gold face. I wear this almost everyday! It looks like it is more expensive than it really is. I think I paid around $20 for it at a local department store. I have been complemented on it many times. It is a great size. It is a bit of the bigger size, and the I kept the band loose. It gives it a more casual look.

This is a necklace I got from Charming Charlies. I love it! It is small, but great for layering. The circle pendent has four large crystals and for small crystals on it. It is gold in color, and comes with a 18 inch chain. I believe I paid under $15 for it. It is very simple and reminded me of the Michael Kors Pave Disc Necklace.

This bracelet came from Charming Charlies as well. I always layer this with other pieces, because it is a bit on the small side. I love the crystal, and the braided details. The slide allows for easy re-sizing and makes it easy to put on and take off. I think I paid under $10 for this.

This bracelet I also got from Charming Charlies. Again I like to layer this especially with the bracelet above. I love all the crystals. I think I paid under $10 for this one as well.

I kind of cheated on this last one. These are all the same type of earring, but made of different materials. The silver one is from Tiffany's. It is the bead earring, I don't know if they are the 8mm or the 10mm because when I bought them they only had one size. They cost about $125. The Gold ones are from Banana Republic and cost about $10. And the black ones are Tiffany's Black Onyx Bead earrings and cost $135. The great thing about this style of earring is that it is so classic, and chic. I wear one of these just about every day. They can be causal, or dressy. They are the perfect earring!

I hope you liked this post.Leave me a comment below about your favorite jewelry pieces.

Tag: 7 Deadly Sins of Beauty

Hello Fashionistas! I've been watching a few of these 7 deadly sins of beauty tag videos on Youtube and it looked fun, so I decieded to write a blog about it.

Okay, so #1 Greed: What is your most inexpensive beauty item? What is your most expensive? My most inexpensive beauty item is a single Wet & Wild eyeshadow I believe it costs about $.99. My most expensive would be my Makeup Forever HD foundation I believe it costs about $40.
#2 Wrath: What product do you have a love hate realationship with? I would say my Makeup forever HD foundation. Some days I put it on and I think it is to yellow, and other days it looks fine. It may be because of the lighting.
#3 Gluttony: What are your more delicious products? I would say my Beauty Rush lip glosses. They are very sweet, and smell amazing!
#4 Sloth: What beauty products do you neglect due to laziness? I would say eyeliner. When I'm in a rush I skip it because it takes me a little bit to get it how I want it.
#5 Pride: What products gives you the most confidence? Foundation! If I don't put on foundation, I wont put any other makeup on because foundation is the basis for all my makeup, it gives my face a even starting point.
#6 LustWhat attributes do you find most attractive in the opposite sex? If a guy has yellow teeth, forget him. I'm so over him. Nice white teeth says something about a person. It shows that they are clean, and that they care about how they look.
#7 Envy:What items do you like to recieve as gifts? I love to get palletts. Alot of the time brands will put out a palette with a varity of items in it. This way you can try a bunch of products.

There is my 7 Deadly Sins of Beauty. Comment below yours!

Birch Box: April

Hello Fashionistas! I got my April Birch Box the other day, and I want to show you what's inside. The past 2-3 months I have been a little disappointed with what I got. It seems like they are going towards more skin care rather than makeup. I am happy with the skin care products I am using, and would rather get to try new makeup.

This month they sent me 6 products. The first is Benta Berry, which is a exfoliator. It has ground apricot seeds in it to get rid of the dead cells. It comes from France so that is kind of cool. It is a 3 ml sample, and full size costs $16.
I also got the Pangea Organics Lip Balm. Its claims to be extra moisturizing with essential oils, vitamins, and beeswax. Its the Egyptian fennel with grapefruit  & sweet orange flavor. It smells nice, and I tried it last night before bed, and when I got up this morning I could still feel it on my lips. So far I really like this product. Full size it costs $12.
The next product is Weleda, a day cream. This Swiss brand uses Turkish pomegranate seed oil to keep your skin soft and protected. Its a anti-aging cream which is good, I should use one so maybe I'll like it enough to buy it full size. Full size it costs $33.
The product I am most excited about. Its Wonderstruck by Taylor Swift. I love that Birch Box includes perfumes into the boxes. It is probably my most favorite thing to get. I love to buy perfumes but alot of the time I get them home and relize that I don't love them as much as I did in the store. So I love getting a nice size sample to try. This one costs  between $49.50- $59.50 depending on the size.
I also got two more products from Pangea Organics. I got a facial scrub and a eye cream. The facial scrub has ground adzuki bean and cranberry seed enzymes, and the eye cream has Turkish rose oil and white tea. I am interested in trying the facial scrub, because I have not tried one with enzymes before. I tried the eye cream last night, and it seems nice. Full size the facial scrub costs $32 and the eye cream is $55.

Those are my products from my April Birch Box. I believe it may be my last month of the subscription. I'm not sure if I want to subscribe again, or try another monthly box service. If you have any that you like leave them in the comments so I can check them out!

Little Black Bag: April

Hello Fashionistas! I love the beginning of every month because I get to choose my new Little Black Bag! This is my third bag now, and I have to say that I just LOVE this service! I think their products are getting better and better, and its becoming harder for me to choose just one! This month I got three items in my "bag", and I love each of them.

First I choose this cute purse. Its by the brand Nila Anthony and I think it is super cute!! We all love our large bags, but sometimes its nice to carry a small one like on a night out, or a special event. You cannot carry tons of stuff in it, but it is bigger than a clutch and can hold a small wallet, cell phone, and even a small makeup bag. It retails for $60 so just with this one item I have already got more than my $50.00.

My second item is this wallet, by R & Em. I love the zipper detailing on the front. It gives it a edgy look. It is small enough to fit into a small bag, but yet holds all your necessities. The thing I like the most about this wallet is that cash fits nicely into it. I know it seems silly, but I have a few wallets that I have to fold my cash because it will not fit into the slot, and that is just annoying. It retails for $38.00.

My third item in my bag were these cute earrings by Zad.  They are super cute and light weight. I tend not to wear larger earrings because they are heavy, but these are so light that I will really like wearing them. I love the turquoise with my dark hair. It is such a nice complement.  They retail for $18.

Over all with my Little Black Bag I saved $66. I really enjoy this service it is a lot of fun to shop, trade, and vote on bags. I noticed they added a gift tab on their page. This would make a great gift for a friend, girlfriend, sister, or anyone. Click here if you would like to try Little Black Bag. Please note, that I paid for this with my own money, and I not being compensated for this blog :)

Monthly Favorites: March

Hello Fashionistas! Can you believe that its time for monthly favorites already! I sat down and started to think of the products I really loved this month. I came up with 4.

The first product I loved this month is the Revlon Colorbust Lip Balm in the color Strawberry Shortcake. This is such a nice lip product to throw on with out looking in a mirror. It is so moisturizing and the color is a beautiful light pink. It is also affordable from the drugstore!

I also love the Mac Shop and Drop palette, more specifically Hypnotizing and Shop & Drop. Hypnotizing is a shimmery light purple. It is my go to all over eye lid color. I have blue eyes and I just love the combination of this shadow with my eyes! I like to put the Shop & Drop in the crease. It gives your eye depth and because it is a dark blue, it isn't as harsh as black for those smoky looks.

I also love Mac's embark! This is my go to crease color! It is the perfect brown! I use it almost every day! It is a matte which I like for my crease.

This month I have really enjoyed filling in my eye-brows! It really changes the way you look. I suggest trying it if you haven't already. I use the Milani easy brow in dark brown.

Well, that's the products I've loved this month. What did you love? Leave it in the comments!

Fashion: Daytime dresses

Hello Fashionistas! Now that the weather is starting to get warm, one of my favorite things to wear is dresses! They are so simple! You just put it on and you have a  complete outfit! No need to match bottoms and tops! I found 3 daytime dresses that I thought are super cute, and wanted to share with you! Hope you enjoy!

10113025
How cute is this dress?!?! I love all the embroidering, it makes it look super girly and fun. I also like how it is pleated. I tend to buy dresses with a defined waist because they showcase your smallest area and makes you look slimmer! I would wear a cute white pair of sandals, a chunky bracelet, some hoops and away I'd go!
This dress is from Alight for $55 and comes in many colors!
Cream Floral Belted Party Dress SKU: 548139
I love this floral dress! Floral prints are so in style this season. This dress screams fun, doesn't? If you are uncomfortable wearing strapless dresses, you could easily pair this with a jean jacket, or a sweater. I love that it comes belted so it defines the waist. I would wear this with a pair of wedges,  bangles, and fun earrings! I found this dress on Torrid for $65.50

Floral skirt twofer dress by Lane Bryant
I love the contrast between skirt and the top. I love the colors, they are so bright and fun! I like that it has sleeves, sometimes you do not want to show your arms. Once again I feel like a broken record but it has a defined waist, to make your look slimmer. This dress would  be cute with a pair of sandals, or flats. I found it at Lane Bryant for $69.50.

Do you enjoy wearing dresses in the warm weather? Leave me some comments about your favorite dresses.

Love & Peace
