Makeup Haul: ELF

Hello Fashionistas! About 2 weeks ago ELF e-mailed me a coupon code for 6 free lip products with a purchase of I think $25. Well, I went a bit crazy...

The first two things I picked up are brush cleaners. I got the brush shampoo and the daily cleaner. I have been obsessed with my new Sigma brushes lately, and I want them to last a long time so I thought I would get some cleaners. I believe both cost $3.

Next, I bought some skin care items. I love trying new skin care products, especially ones that are so inexpensive. I have oily skin, so through out the day I need something to help mattify my face. I picked up the shine eraser ($1). I already have a package of this product, but I like it so much that I like to keep one in my book-bag for school, and my handbag. These little sheets of paper absorb all the oils for your skin while keeping your makeup in place. I also picked up the zit zapper ($1). I like to take care of zits when I feel them coming. I think that most of the time, if you feel a zit coming, and you put something on it right away it will take care of it. For that reason I thought the zit zapper would be nice to carry in my handbag. I also got a makeup remover pen ($3). I think this will be nice for those times when you want to clean up and create a clean line around your eye makeup, or when you blink and smear your wet mascara. It might also be handy just too keep in your handbag for when eyeliner smudges.

I also picked up the 24K 6 piece eyeliner set (I think it is sold out). It comes with a white, black, grey, purple, teal, and bronze eyeliners with a build in sharper in the cap. I love putting colored liner on my bottom lash line, it is a great way to get that pop of color with out looking inappropriate for everyday looks.

As you know I am in love with cream shadows ($3), and well I had to pick up a a few. I got dawn, which is a nice creamy  beige, and eggplant, a deep purple.

I also bought all 6 of the eye shadow quads ($2).They have a wide range of colors from neutral, to smoky, and even colorful. I like that you can mix and match with these quads, which makes them very versatile.

I also bought one glitter shadow ($2) in night owl, and a blush ($2) in flushed.

I got 3 of the matte lip color ($3), in natural, nearly nude, and tea rose. I like to use these as lip liners. I fill in the entire lip and use one of my glosses over it. It makes for a long lasting lip.

The last things I got are 3 lip stains ($3) in mysterious, heat-breaker, and fashionista. These will last you all day.

If you have not tried the ELF brand before, I suggest you do. Their products are very inexpensive and high quality. You can find them at Target, or Eyeslipsface.com. I suggest getting on their mailing list, because you will get coupon codes for free items, and free shipping.

I hope you enjoyed this post, leave me a comment with your favorite elf product.

Peace & Love
Katie
